What’s a Milanesa? If you’ve never had one before, you're in for a treat.
Take a thin slice of prime beef or chicken, coat it in seasoned, golden breadcrumbs and fry it up for that ultimate top-tier crunch. The result? A tender, light and juicy cutlet.
But that’s just the beginning. A Milanesa is made for toppings: gooey cheese, ham, tomato, fried eggs… Think of it as a Schnitzel but with an Argentinian soul.
Argentinian cuisine has three major staples: steak, empanadas, and milanesas. We are the family team behind BAQUEANO Steakhouse and MALO Empanadas, and after years of bringing our favourite Argentinian foods to Brighton, now this project completes the trio, and we’re putting the milanesa in the spotlight.
Welcome to Cantor.
